Swedish cream sauce

For ➍ 
10 cl cream 
20 cl beef stock 
1 tbs soy sauce 
1 tbs white flour* 
salt & white pepper
   
Bring beef stock to a boil in a pan.
Add cream. Thicken with white flour*.
Add soy sauce to taste. Season well with salt and pepper.
Serve with Swedish meatballs.**
*Optional 
**Serve with pork chunks instead.
