Add just enough milk in a shallow pan to cover the pasta. Add the pasta.
Bring to a boil. Keep stirring. It will save about 5 m of cooking heat. The pasta will be covered in a saucy film. You can add some grated cheese or some tomato paste to enhance the creamy sauce.
This will work best with thick curved pasta, not the ribbon kinds.
