4 red peppers.
4 large branches thyme
6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
oregano, dried
pepper, salt, olive oil
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Fill 2-3 trays with the horizontally cut tomatoes, cut side up, chopped peppers, garlic cloves, thyme. Sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with olive oil.

Let cool in the oven.
Remove thyme. Add garlic. Mix in blender to a thick fragrant sauce.
