Orange chocolate martini

For ➊ cocktail
25 cl cold chocolate milk
3 cl of Grand Marnier orange liquor (or vodka) (from the freezer)*

Pour the chocolate milk into a chilled glass then add the Grand Marnier. Stir to combine.
Serve.

*For a more potent drink, use 3 cl of vodka and 3 cl of Grand Marnier.

Moroccan fruit salad

For ➍
6 oranges
½ mid-sized watermelon
fresh mint, chopped (to taste)
1 ts cinnamon
2 shots of Grand Marnier Cointreau*

Cut the flesh from the chilled melon into bite size pieces, removing and discarding the seeds and set aside. Fillet 2 oranges and place into bowl with the melon.

Finely chop mint leaves. Add to the fruit.
Make a dressing of freshly squeezed juice of 2 oranges, cinnamon (and Grand Marnier or Cointreau*).
Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently until everything is coated.


*Optional.

Another Bahia clericot

For ➍
1 bottle dry white or pink wine
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 pear, peeled & cubed
2 peaches, peeled & cubed
12 ice cubes
1 glass maraschino
1 glass Grand Marnier
soda water

Put the orange slices in a jar. Add the maraschino and the Grand Marnier.
Let rest for 30 m.
Add the pear and peaches.
Pour the wine on the fruit.
Add the ice and a little soda water.

*Essential is the combination of white wine and fruit, most fruit is suitable.
