800 g potatoes
2-3 tbs olive oil

3 stalks of rosemary, leaves picked and chopped (or 2 ts dried)
1 clove of garlic, minced
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and scrub the potatoes, cut into 2,5 cm cubes.
Place the potato cubes in a roasting dish and add the olive oil, butter and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to mix well and cook in the middle of the oven for 40-45 m until tender*. Mix and turn the potatoes once in the middle of cooking to get them evenly golden brown.
