Buta no shogayaki (Japanese ginger pork)

500 g thinly sliced pork*
2 tbs grated fresh ginger
3 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs mirin
1 tbs sake rice wine**
shredded cabbage***

Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and grated ginger in a bowl. Marinate pork for 5 m.
While marinating the meat, prepare the cabbage.
Heat some oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry the pork slices on medium heat until cooked through.
Serve ginger pork with shredded cabbage.

*Use marinate mix with chicken instead.
**Use dry sherry instead.
***Use shredded cabbage with a little mayonaise & ketchup instead. Use rucola instead.
