For ➍1 egg, boiled & finely chopped
2 tbs finely minced onion
2 tbs finely minced pickle
4 tbs mayonnaise
salt & pepper
Mix all the ingredients for tartar sauce in a small bowl.
Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
Serve with f.i. fried shrimps.
