500 g large shrimps
100 g butter
2 gloves garlic, crushed
½ tbs lemon juice
½ tbs chopped fresh parsley
(Thaw), shell and devein prawns.
Put butter and garlic in a large dish. Cook on high for 1 to 1.5 m.
Add lemon juice, parsley and shrimps. Cover. Cook at 70% for 8-9 m (or until shrimps turn pink).
Stand for 5 m, before serving.
*Or 8 as an appetizer or starter.
