Garlic lamb chops

For ➊
1 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 tbs fish sauce (or 2 minced anchofish)
1 cut lamb chop (150 gr)
a few chopped sprigs of mint
1 skinned tomato

Melt the butter.
Add the garlic.
Pour in fish sauce and let evaporate.
Add oil.
When hot, turn down the heat and bake meat for 3 m on each side.
When done, sprinkle with fresh mint.
Serve with broiled tomatoes.
