2 shallots
laurel
butter
3 tbs cream
3 tbs white wine
200 g old cheese
200 g North Sea shrimps
chives
Chop shallots and endives. Heat butter in skillet, add shallots, endives and laurel. Cook for 5 m.
Pour in the white wine. Add cream and some pepper. Reduce until half.
Put in an oven dish,
Scrape cheese over the dish. Put a few m under the grill. Decorate with shrimps and chives.
