Use same ingredients as in frangipane, plus one more circle of pastry.
Cover the frangipane with it, and bake.
Epiphany, 6th of January, is the day Roman catholics celebrate the visit of the Three Wise Men of the East to the new-born Christ. Among other things, in Belgium and France, it is celebrated with this frangipane cake. A bean is hidden in the cake, and the child who finds it, is crowned king of the day.
