1 clove garlic, pressed
1 small red onion, chopped
1 spring onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
6 tbs nam pla fish sauce
8 tbs lime juice
5 tbs brown sugar
Put the chopped onions and pepper, the pressed garlic in a mortar. Grind.
Add 6 tbs of fish sauce, 8 tbs of lime juice and 5 tbs of sugar. Mix.
Serve with luke-warm grilled beef, Thai beef salad or firm fish.
