Fennel & goat cheese

1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
green fennel stems
30 cl olive oil
4 (French) soft goat cheese
1 ts salt
2 tbs fennel seeds

Brown fennel seeds for a few s. Crush fennel seeds and salt.
Add to the olive oil. Add sliced fennel. Marinate for at least 1 h in the refrigerator.
Serve fennel on individual plates. Add 2 tbs of goat cheese. Sprinkle with fennel oil.

Decorate with green fennel stems.
