For ➋-➍5 tbs mayonnaise*
1 ts garlic chili sauce
a few drops of lemon juice
a dash of sugar
Mix all ingredients of the spicy cream sauce in a small bowl.
Serve with scallops & mushrooms.
*Use sour cream (or non-sweetened yogurt) instead.
