500 g white asparagus
1 tbs peanut oil
1 tbs olive oil
sea salt
parsley, chopped
Peel the asparagus. Cut into 5 cm chunks.
Heat peanut oil in a wok. When very hot, add the asparagus. Stir fry for 2-3 m.
Serve with a dash of olive oil, some sea salt and chopped parsley.
