600 g potatoes, cut into chunks
2 onions, chopped
6 carrots, chopped
2 dl cream
a knob of butter
salt & pepper

Cook the potatoes cut into pieces with chopped carrots and onions in a large pot with salted water.
Cook 20 to 25 m.
Mash potatoes with carrots and onion with a fork.
Add salt and pepper, sprinkle a little nutmeg, add a knob of butter, cream.
Reheat quickly.
Serve f.i. with braised chicken with gueuze.
