700 g fingerling potatoes, halved
18 cl non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 ts Dijon mustard
2 ts minced fresh dill
1 tbs lemon juice
Combine yogurt, mustard, dill and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
Steam potatoes for 10-12 m, or until tender. Allow to cool
Add potatoes and toss well.
Chill until ready to serve.
