Cottage cheese pancakes

100 g oatmeal
200 gr cottage cheese
4 eggs
butter or oil for frying
fruit such as banana or maple syrup for the finishing touch

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
You can also blend or blend all ingredients with a stick blender for a smoother batter.
Preheat a pan over medium heat. Heat some oil or butter in the pan.
Fry the pancakes, using a large tablespoon of dough at a time. The dough is quite thick, so spread it out with the back of your spoon.
Bake the pancakes 2 m on one side, and then another 1 m on the other side. Finish the pancakes with some fruit of your choice or a drizzle of maple syrup.
