tip: Risottatura pasta

For ➋
100 g pasta
20 cl hot water or chicken broth
2 tbs olive oil

Heat 2 tbs oil in pan, fry pasta for 1 m.
Add hot water or chicken broth, cover and cook for 10 m. (Or let liquid evaporate, when stirring the pasta for 7 m).
If there is some liquid left in the pan, stir and let evaporate.
