Gamberi all’aglio (prawns with garlic)

4 clove garlic, sliced
16 prawns
6 tbs olive oil
salt & fresly ground black pepper

Clean the prawns, remove the carapace and inner tube.
Fry the garlic in the oil, cook for 2 m.
Add the prawns and bake for 3 m per side. Add salt and pepper.

Let cool (covered, out of refrigerator) and serve as a appetizer or tapas with some bread during the aperitivo.
