Omelet met garnalen (Belgian shrimps' omelet)

3 fresh eggs
50 g peeled North Sea shrimps
butter
salt & pepper

Break eggs into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and whisk the eggs with a fork.
Melt butter in a saucepan on high heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and fry. Stir with a fork in the middle so the eggs will cook quickly. Turn the heat to low. Sprinkle the shrimps in the center of the omelet. Leave to cook slowly.
When eggs are almost solid, fold the edges towards the center and turn the omelet upside down.

*When cooking omelets for more persons, use separate pans or keep omelets warm.
